Can you describe the texture used with the vector?

I used a lot of layers with overlay, i used the texture> grain feature in photoshop for that 'airbrushed' effect and also used some airbrush splatter textures ...mmm many layer with Overlay turned on and a rough brush with bright colors... i think that's it

Overlay rules

Yeah, I like messing with the blending options in PS. It makes images to rad effects. I am drawing characters and scanning them in colored already. I'm not sure how to get the white bg out of the image while still keeping the black lines. Have you tried that out?
